Grading API: One-to-One Profile-to-Job Matching

We’re excited to roll out the Grading API — a targeted alternative to our Scoring API. While the Scoring API allows one-to-many comparisons (i.e., scoring all profiles in a source against a job), the Grading API lets you evaluate a single profile against a single job.

😍 Why it’s a big deal for HrFlow.ai users?

This API enables more precise use cases such as personalized recommendations, profile pre-screening, and contextual feedback by offering:

  • One-to-one profile-job relevance grading.
  • Two new endpoints to grade:
    • A profile against a job.
    • A job against a profile.

It’s ideal when fine-grained control or validation of an individual match is required — for example, validating a candidate for a specific job or vice versa.
